Hi!
My name is Ryan Katz and I am a Programmer/ Game Designer. The idea of being a programmer started when I was in Middle School. I took a Computer Science class on how to program using Visual Basic (VB) building simple button clicking games. I asked my teacher if he could recomend me any websites that can teach me more VB so I could learn on my free time. From there, I learned how to make objects with colliders and movement. The result was a Pac Man game using simple elements. I had my friends and teachers play the game to show them what I have made, but more importantly how they played it and how they thought of the game. From that I relized what I wanted to do was to do any kind of programming and not just making games through code. I learned more in High School on simple coding fundamentals and took them to college as well with the same idea in mind. If anyone interacting with something that someone have made and having a small or large impact on what they need is like an art piece.
